Using this site

You may read, link to and share anything on this site. Please don’t try to break it, overload it or use it to attack anyone else. If you find a weakness, tell us instead: see Security.

What this site is

An announcement. Dates, seat numbers and plans describe what we intend today, and they may change; if they do, this site will say so. Nothing here is an offer or a contract, and nothing here is legal, financial or investment advice.

Founding seats

Clockford™ Founding Startups seats are by invitation, and Deimos AI LLC chooses who is invited. Following us, messaging us or saving a patch doesn’t reserve a seat or create any agreement. Invited teams receive the closed beta’s own terms before they get access.

Names and marks

Clockford™, the Clockford™ lockup and the Deimos mark belong to Deimos AI LLC. You may use the names to refer to us and our work, but not in a way that suggests we endorse you or that you speak for us. Other names on this site belong to their owners, and we aren’t affiliated with them.

Links

Links to other sites, such as Instagram, X, LinkedIn and deimoscore.com, lead to pages with their own terms. We aren’t responsible for what sites we don’t run publish.

No warranty

We work to keep this site accurate. Even so, it is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, and to the extent the law allows, Deimos AI LLC is not liable for losses that come from using or relying on it.

Changes

If these terms change, the new revision gets a new letter and date at the top.
