CLOCKFORD™ · PRIVACY NOTICE · REV A · IN FORCE 2026-10-19

We don’t collect it, so we can’t lose it.

This site has no forms, no accounts and no cookies. It counts visits with Cloudflare’s cookieless analytics, and that is all. Below is the whole notice.

Who this covers

This notice covers clockford.com: the Clockford™ teaser and the Founding Startups page, run by Deimos AI LLC, California, USA. The Clockford™ product and its closed beta will publish their own privacy notice before anyone’s data goes into them. The company’s own site has its own notice.

What we collect

Nothing that identifies you. There is no sign-up form, no newsletter, no comments and no account. Founding seats are announced on Instagram and X. If you message us there, that platform’s terms apply as well as ours, and we use your message only to reply to you.

How we count visits

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Its script receives the page address, the site you came from, your browser type and your approximate country, and shows us totals only, such as page views per day. We can’t see who you are, and we don’t combine the counts with anything else. Cloudflare’s side is covered by Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

What any web request carries

The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. As with any website, your browser’s requests reach Cloudflare with the details every request carries, such as your IP address, your browser’s user agent and the page asked for. Cloudflare processes them to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse, under Cloudflare’s privacy policy. We add no tracking of our own.

What your browser keeps

Nothing. The site uses no cookies, no local storage and no other browser storage. On phones that support it, a few moments give a short vibration; that happens on your device and sends nothing. “Save your patch” downloads a picture from this site, and nothing about you goes with it.

Your choices

Because we hold nothing that identifies you, there is nothing for us to export, correct or delete. If you think we hold something about you, ask, and we’ll answer. You can block scripts and the site still works; you’ll see its still version.

Children

This site is written for founders and teams who run software. It isn’t aimed at children and collects nothing from anyone.

Changes

If this notice changes, the new revision gets a new letter and date at the top.
